shelly (pokemon)
Shelly (Japanese: Izumi) is an Admin of Team Aqua from Pokémon Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald, as well as in Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire.
Her Team Magma counterpart is Courtney. In ORAS, her narrative counterpart is Tabitha, as both act as mitigating influences to their respective leaders.
In Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald, she has long curly red hair, a blue bandana, a blue vest over a cropped black tube top, and blue pants.
In Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, Shelly received a complete redesign. She now has dark skin, long black hair that covers one eye, a cropped blue shirt with shoulder cutouts and blue pants with hip vents.
