Stand power of Guido Mista from JoJo no Kimyou na Bouken. Manifests as six very tiny humanoids numbered 1-7 (there is no 4). Each has its own personality, but they all love eating.

The Sex Pistols attach to bullets fired from Mista's revolver, allowing him to change their trajectory and ricochet off of objects freely.

Namesake is the English punk rock band Sex Pistols.
