Rio has dark skin, blue eyes, pointy ears, medium breasts, and short blonde hair with blunt bangs and hair over one eye. She wears a blue choker, white dress with blue symbols on it, white skirt, white thighhighs, elbow gloves with brown gloves on top, and brown boots.
