Rikunaka Chiki is a serial sexual predator who pursues, seduces, and pays for sexual favors of high school girls, including main character Mizuike Umi (who falls in love with her) and later her roommate, Hoshi Takasora.

It is revealed in volume 2 that Rikunaka Chiki is an alias and her real name is Chitaira Shiho, and that she is the half-sister of Umi, and was aware when she first met Umi and solicited sex from her that she was committing incest. Umi, while surprised, ultimately accepts her sister's affections, and they begin living together by the end of the series.
