A blue ball of spiraling energy, based on Kitsune-bi(or Fox-fire).

A powerful (though incomplete) A-rank ninjitsu technique created by Namikaze Minato, and the signature attack of Uzumaki Naruto, as well as mastered by Jiraiya, Hatake Kakashi, and Sarutobi Konohamaru. They are many variations of the tecnique, including a larger size, and a wind element version.

Not to be confused with regular energy ball, or regular hitodama. Tag is used when said energy ball is shoved onto the person's gut, or if the tags indicate it.
