Rachel herself is an embodied Lenny Face, known for her delicious knees and her limitless wealth, which is good, because her best friend Maria, the normal warlock, has a bad habit of lending people all of her money.
In all seriousness, the name Rachel is meant to sound 4kids-eriffic, a shout-out to a different /r/Touhou meme.
