The 2nd costume of hololive's Oozora Subaru.
Her second costume consists of a grey sailor hat, a blue long-sleeved cropped jacket with sleeve cuffs, an armband and golden buttons, a high-collared cropped grey sleeveless shirt with a pinstripe pattern, a black bowtie with a golden star brooch, blue shorts with suspenders and a large back bow and hip vents showing the waistband of her lace-trimmed black panties, grey thighhighs, and black high heel boots. As this is the costume that Subaru uses for her "Oozora Police department" streams, it is also often drawn with a police hat instead of her sailor hat.
Her official hairstyle with this costume is short hair with swept bangs and a side braid held with a golden star hairclip.
