northeastern ocean princess (roshiakouji-chan)

Original character by roshiakouji-chan, based on Kantai Collection.

Nicknamed Hokuto-chan. A young Abyssal princess, almost always appearing with Hokka-chan and usually with Hoppo-chan. Slightly smaller than Hoppo-chan, with a white side ponytail and a single horn like Seaport Princess's, but offset to her left like Battleship Water Oni's.
