no one lives forever
The Operative: No One Lives Forever is a FPS video game developed by Monolith Productions and published by Fox Interactive, released for Windows in 2000 (and later on Mac & PS2). Its sequel "No One Lives Forever 2: A Spy in H.A.R.M.'s Way" was released in 2002 and published by both Fox Interactive and Vivendi Universal Games. A spin-off, ''Contract J.A.C.K.'', was released in 2003.
Set during the 1960s, the main protagonist is Cate Archer, a former cat burglar and new operative for UNITY, a British international spy organization as she battles the evil criminal organization H.A.R.M. throughout the world.
Despite good reviews and sales, the game is not available to buy digitally or have a remastered version today as a results of ongoing legal disputes over who owns the rights for the games between Disney, Activision and Warner Bros. after all three bought the publishers and developers of the games separately.
