Tank commander of a Type 97 Chi-Ha, and overall commander of the Chi-Hatan Academy tankery team.
Thought to be named after the real life Iwo Jima tank unit commander Nishi Takeichi [1] and Japanese actress Kinuyo Tanaka [2].
Voiced by Seto Asami [3].

Commanding officer of the Chi-Hatan academy tankery team. On the surface she's the hot-blooded type and doesn't listen to what people say which often leads to hasty conclusions. Feels some doubts about Chi-Hatan's traditional use of the charge. Boards the Type 97 medium tank (57mm cannon model) as the tank commander.

Often gives the cry of "tokkan" (battlecry) since it's a tradition of Chi-Hatan Academy. However, she has doubts about the effectiveness of the charge, and so listens to the opinions of Fukuda.
