Neliel has blue eyes, pointy ears, small breasts, and short blonde hair with parted bangs. She wears a white top, black choker, a elbow glove on her right arm and a regular glove on her left (both are brown), a red handkerchief tied to her left arm, pauldron on her right arm, blue skirt, a single thighhigh that is white on her right leg, a single sock that is white on her left, and brown boots.
