Azur Lane's personification of the Russian heavy cruiser Moskva, originally the "Project 66" alternate proposal to the larger Stalingrad battlecruiser. Voiced by Tadokoro Azusa.
She has very long green hair with a single hair intake, purple eyes, and large breasts. Her default outfit consists of a sleeveless white dress with a navel cutout, feather boa, off shoulder white coat, and black boots.
