An Italian organized crime group, including the original Sicilian Mafia and the Italian-American Mafia.
They are typically depicted as more sophisticated gangsters wearing formal clothes (black suits, black dresses, fedoras, etc), drinking classy alcohol like wine or whiskey, and smoking. Their preferred weapons are usually, though not limited to, handgun or submachine gun.
