Lera (also known as "Lerochka") is an original character created by SightToBehold in 2022 to represent the Russian liberal opposition to the Russo-Ukrainian war. She is usually depicted featuring the Russian anti-war flag, peace sign, white ribbon and Navalny political sign.
Her name is supposedly derived from Valeriya Novodvorskaya, a well-known Russian political opposition figure.
