A clitoris that is prominently large, but not unrealistic. May protrude prominently from the clitoral hood.
In humans testosterone can enlarge the clitoris. Some may purposefully make their clitoris larger as a body modification. Female bodybuilders who use steroids may experience this unintentionally. Transgender men who take testosterone as hormone replacement may purposefully seek out this result. Some posts under cuntboy may depict transgender man, making the tag applicable in those cases. In transgender men, this is colloquially referred to as a "t-dick".
