James Francis Cameron (born on August 16, 1954) is a Canadian director of two of the highest grossing films of all time.

He is also famous for many science fiction films he has directed during his career. In March 7, 2012, Cameron became the third person to reach Challenger Deep, the Earth's deepest point.
