Inside the backpack of this elementary school student is his summoned Transient, Inugami, who raised him in place of his real parents, resulting in a bond between them that exceeds race or blood. Inugami assumes the position of guardian and bares its fangs at anyone who may threaten him. Although examples of such folk are extremely rare, he is prone to trust any others Inugami takes a liking to.
