The 5th costume of hololive's Hoshimachi Suisei. It was first revealed during her first solo 3D live concert "STELLAR into the GALAXY".
It consists of a white shrug with frilled quilted juliet sleeves, a blue brooch, a frilled blue vertical-striped pinstripe shirt under a blue vest, a single blue half glove, blue shorts, a blue layered half overskirt with the outermost layer being a two-sided skirt with a pinstripe pattern on the outside and a starry sky print on the inside, a blue o-ring thigh strap, blue uneven footwear consisting of a single thigh boot and a wide boot, both of them with colored soles and platform heels.
Her official hairstyle with this outfit is long hair in a half updo with a single side bun, decorated with a tilted crown on one side and multiple star hair ornaments on the other.
