A Touhou fighting game, officially designated as "Touhou 13.5" (as its events take place between Ten Desires and Double Dealing Character). A demo with three playable characters was released 30 December 2012 at Comiket 83; the full version followed 26 May 2013 during Reitaisai 10 (alongside the demo for Double Dealing Character).

The storyline centers on representatives of the three major faiths in Gensokyo -- Shinto, Buddhism, and Taoism -- battling it out in the wake of an overall crisis of faith in the Human Village.

In addition, a wide variety of other characters from the franchise make cameo appearances in the backgrounds of each stage. Among others appearing in this fashion are, for the first time in any official Touhou game, Morichika Rinnosuke and Motoori Kosuzu.
