An abnormality in the Project Moon universe, first appearing in Lobotomy Corporation.

It takes a humanoid form with a white butterfly in place of a head and has five arms. It wears a long-sleeved black coat over a black waistcoat and white shirt, with its fifth arm, protruding from the neck, instead having a white sleeve, along with black suit pants and matching dress shoes. It is often seen carrying a coffin with a white butterfly engraved on it with two of its hind arms.
