A 2005 video featuring He-Man/Prince Adam from the Masters of the Universe's 1983 animated series singing the song "What's Up?" by 4 Non Blondes and "Don't Cry Out Loud". The rainbow background and weird pitch to his voice made it a meme.
Do not confuse with heaven condition, another meme that features a sparkly rainbow background.
