elgala
A main character of the manga Excel Saga, but absent in the anime adaption. She has blue eyes and short light violet/purple hair with two shoulder to shoulder blade length curls. Her name comes from Elgala Hall in Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan.
Elgala is a member of the organization ACROSS, an organization bent on world domination. She works and lives withs Excel and Hyatt.
Elgala has a tendency to speak her thoughts out loud, which frequently puts her at odds with Excel, especially since she doesn't think very highly of Excel.
