When a character shows obvious resistance or disgust to something. Typically used for comic effect.
The name comes from a bootleg camcorder Hong Kong subtitling of the Chinese dub of Star Wars: Revenge Of The Sith in which Darth Vader's climactic howl of "NOOOOOO!" is translated to Chinese and then back to English as "Do not want".
