Pokemon Black 2 and White 2 character. He meets the female protagonist Rosa if she picks up his Xtransceiver and answers his calls enough times. The two can ride the ferris wheel together.
There are several (somewhat obvious) hints that he is actually the idol Christoph, as seen on televisions in game until it's accidentally revealed.
