A chibi (Japanese for "small") is a super deformed character, whose proportions are exaggerated for a cute effect.
They are typically small, with a head much bigger than their body, and with stubby limbs, oversized eyes, tiny noses, and minimal detail.
Use deformed for characters with chibi-esque features, but with more normal-sized proportions, where the head isn't much bigger than the body.
