chibi inset
A chibi character added for (often) comical purposes, usually in the background, to an otherwise non-chibi picture.
They should not interact with the foreground characters directly. If they do, use chibi instead (post #7755206). This can also be used when a chibi character is overlaid on a speech bubble to show who's speaking, or when a speech bubble depicts a chibi as a spoken character instead of text.
Do not use this tag for reference insets, screenshot insets, official art insets, or other similar insets; the chibi must be drawn by the artist. Not to be confused with reaction inset, though the two may overlap.
