Rio is an ex-soldier and a member of Mad Trigger Crew. He was once a first class sergeant in the navy and was a member of the Special Cleanup Operations Unit. Even after the military was disbanded, he continues to a survivalist soldier lifestyle in the forest. His primary goal is to rescue his superior officer, Iojaku Ansho, from a special detention facility.
He is always calm and collected, never shows any weaknesses, and is a loyal person. He is very physcially capable and skilled at physical combat. He loves cooking and his cooking skills are professional level, but he often uses strange ingredients.
