brand of the exalt

In Fire Emblem Awakening, a symbol which appears somewhere on the body of each member of the royal family of Ylisse. Also called the Mark of Naga.

Example: post #1204053 (on Chrom's shoulder, in Lucina's eye).

Characters who canonically bear the Brand of the Exalt include:

• Chrom (right shoulder)
• Lucina (left eye)
• Emmeryn (forehead)
• Owain (arm)
• Ophelia (arm)
• Inigo (right eye) - only if he is Chrom's son

Notably, Lissa is the only member of the family without the Brand.
