The first main antagonist of Dragon Ball GT. The last survivor of the Tuffle race, which was conquered and exterminated by the Saiyans.
He acts as a parasite to infect and control other living organisms, either directly controlling them himself or by using parasitic eggs to infect and manipulate their thoughts and personality into believing that they are of the Tuffle race. He infects Vegeta to become Baby Vegeta.
