kishibe rohan

A supporting character from JoJo no Kimyou na Bouken Part 4. His Stand is Heaven's Door. Wears a distinctive jagged headband and earrings that look like fountain pen nibs.

A famous Mangaka, Rohan may be a fantastical artist self-insert of Araki Hirohiko. He shares Araki's love of traveling and has starred in multiple one-shot side stories titled Kishibe Rohan Wa Ugokanai.

He became the origin of Japanese meme, "だが断る" ("Daga Kotowaru", "I REFUSE. What I like to do the most is say NO to people who consider themselves extremely good."). It is used to refuse 'an offer he can't refuse.'
