Tucker Carlson is a political commentator and former TV host on Fox News. Since 2016, he was the host of his own show on Fox News, Tucker Carlson Tonight, where he was criticize for promoting conservative and right wing views and spreading racist news, bigotry rhetoric and false conspiracy theories. Eventually he was fired in 2023 and his show cancelled, as the higher ups on Fox felt Carlson was doing more harm than good to the company with his views and the host became too full of himself.
He became a joke in 2024 when Carlson went to Russia to interview with Russian President Vladimir Putin, where he was mocked for being an out of touch rich guy (since Tucker is a member of the Swanson Family, who help create the TV Dinner) on things he thought were impressive in Russia when they were very common in the US and Europe, and his interview with Putin was considered lackluster since both men were trying to force their political views on each other with no success.
