The Sienar Fleet SystemsTIE Advanced X1 is an advanced experimental starfighter prototype of the original dual energy cannonTIE Fighter, now also equipped with missile launchers, a fully functional hyperdrive and powerful energy shields. It was designed in-universe by the Empire's weapon designer Raith Sienar, famous for creating many other Imperial weaponry.
