How to tag the viewer
Reflections
Is "the viewer" just looking at their own reflection in a mirror? Tag with reflection focus.
Incoming actions
Is a character doing something to the viewer? Tag with the appropriate incoming tag:
Invitations
Some tags can be used if the character is inviting the viewer to do something.
Point of view
On danbooru the tag pov should only be used if a part of the viewer's body appears in the image or else every straight-on post could be considered pov.
There are some tags called "pov" that don't follow this rule.

facing viewer (without looking at them)
foreshortening (perspective)
Angles
If nothing here fits then maybe all you need is an angle tag.
