Serious and composed, Tsukasa speaks in a manner rather mature for his age. He comes from a rich family and is always talking about elegance. He speaks fluent English and has a love for "commoner sweets". Tsukasa also believes the rest of the Knights look down on him because he's the youngest. He also does not get along with the leader Leo Tsukinaga, but comes to respect him over time.
Tsukasa becomes very smitten with Anzu at the beginning of the story and calls her "Onee-sama". He doesn't like when other first-years students act too close or friendly with her.
