Sora was a girl born into a grim world during a massive ongoing war that was slowly killing the planet with its skies turning dark and depressing as a result. Despite being gifted with incredible combat capabilities, she was drafted into an army against her will during her teenage years and was forced to fight in the war. After nearly dying from a mission, she was nursed back to health with refugees that defected from the war, one in particular was a man named Yukito who had a similar dream that Sora has: saving the world from the war and bring back the once beautiful skies to its former glory.
