Tugging down on the bottom edge of a shirt, to adjust the fit or to cover the crotch or underwear.

Not to be confused with shirt pull (pulling the shirt all the way down to expose the breasts), collar tug (tugging at the collar), shirt tucked in (a shirt tucked in the pants), or grabbing another's sleeve (tugging on someone else's sleeve).
