collar tug

Pulling the collar of one's own shirt slightly down or out, often because of feeling hot or as a sign of nervousness.

Not to be confused with clothes pull, when someone pulls their shirt down to reveal their breasts or chest, or collar grab, when someone grabs someone else by the collar.
