Scrotoplasty, also known as oscheoplasty, is a surgical procedure to reconstruct the scrotum due to a buried penis, sagging testicles, or apart of a trans man's transition to ease gender dysphoria, often in conjuncture with phalloplasty/metoidioplasty where the labia majora after an vaginectomy are united to form a scrotum with prosthetic testicle implants as the labia majora and scrotum are homologous structures.
