A jarringly young-looking girl with an equally childish and girly personality. She has long, pink hair in twintails with an ahoge while wearing a hairband with a smokestack-like accessory, and small breasts. She wears a backless-like, sleeveless dress with a black ribbon on it, and an attached cannon. Underneath it was a military uniform with an armband. She also wears black pantyhose and elbow gloves as well as carrying a staff with a flight deck-like banner.
