A red dragon with orange wings and six black horns in Final Fantasy VIII. One of the stronger enemies in the game.

Kiros Seagill (and potentially Ward Zabac depending on player actions) are set to cosplay as a Ruby Dragon and stage a fight with Laguna Loire for a movie shoot. Instead Laguna battles (unknowingly) an actual Ruby Dragon.
