In Black Lagoon, Rotton the Wizard is a bounty hunter and a mysterious-looking man. He is very fond of dramatic entrances and looking "cool," but unfortunately, he's nowhere near the badass he makes himself out to be, as he usually gets shot in the middle of such entrances. He does take the precaution of wearing body armor, so the true extent of his abilities is still in question. Both Shenhua and Revy agree that he's more suited to be a gigolo than a gunman. He currently lives and works with Shenhua and Frederica Sawyer.
