Character in Fullmetal Alchemist

Rick is a young Ishvalan exclusive to the 2003 anime who lives in a refugee camp in Amestris. Along with an elder Ishvalan, Rick discovered the unconscious Scar floating in the sewers. In the the 2003 anime, he has a brother named Leo.
