A former teen rebel guerrilla fighter who fought Zeon forces during their occupation of Earth at the early stages of The One Year War. She was captured during a mission and abused by several male Zeon soldiers, what left a mark in her psyche and made her suicidal and often willing to take very risky missions, as well as to develop relationships with psychologically abusive and controlling men.

Years later she joined the AEUG at the start of The Gryps War. During this time Reccoa was involved in a relationship with Quattro Bajeena. She also became friends with Kai Shiden during a mission infiltrating the Titans' base at Jaburo on planet Earth. Later during another infiltration mission on the Titans ship The Jupitris, Reccoa met Paptimus Scirocco, who used his Newtype powers and charm to discover her disguise and affiliation and eventually turn her to the Titans side. Reccoa was given the Palace Athene MS by Scirocco and she killed Bask Om after destroying his ship with it (on Paptimus orders).

Reccoa Londe later died fighting against Emma Sheen's Gundam Mk II at the final space battle of The Gryps War.
