note on the title: "Shinitagari" means "acting like you want to die". The title is left untranslated because of the play on words; the "shi" in "shinigatari" and the "shi" in the (otherwise katakana) "shindoro-mu" ("syndrome") both share a single kanji 死 (shi, "die") on the cover page.
