A playable Genshin Impact character released in Version 4.1. The Chief Justice of Fontaine, known as the Iudex, and second-in-command to the Hydro Archon, Furina.
He has very long white hair with blue streaks and styled in a low-tied ponytail, and blue tsurime eyes, giving him a sharp appearance. His default (and only) outfit consists of a black coat, black-blue capelet, a white ascot, black shirt, black pants, black gloves, and black thigh boots with thighhigh gaiters. Because of their similarities in appearance, he’s often associated with the Leisurely Otter. His true identity though is the incumbent Hydro Dragon Sovereign.
