Character from Victory Gundam. A Zanscare officer and commander of the Neneka Squad, also known as the Bikini Squad for the infamous scene in which they launch a zero g assault on the V2 Gundam with rocket launchers inside the Angel Halo, while wearing nothing but blue bikinis.
