The Zanscare Empire is the main antagonist faction from Victory Gundam. They are a matriarchal space empire that has set out to conquer the Earth after the Earth Federation stagnated in the late U.C. period.

They are known for their brutal tactics such as carpet bombing cities and performing public executions of dissenters via guillotine. Their mobile suits all have bug motifs. Their military uniforms are similar to the old models used by Zeon/Neo Zeon and also based and inspired by the Wehrmacht uniforms from World War II.

One notable member is Chronicle Asher.
