T-00, nicknamed "Mr. X" is the secondary antagonist of Resident Evil 2.
He was one of the T-103 Tyrants airdropped to Raccoon City, with the orders to recover Sherry Birkin's pendant and kill any suvivors from the Raccoon City Police Station.
He is often depicted as a very tall humanoid wearing a trench coat and fedora.
