Like Kasane Teto and other VIPPALOIDs, she was made at "架空のけいおん新キャラ作ってけいおん厨釣ろうぜww" (Let's make a fictional new character of K-ON!, and play a trick on K-ON! addicts. LOLLOL) thread. Because a careless member beforehand leaked a secret, the VIPPERs failed to fool people in Japan. However, their hoax somehow succeeded in overseas countries.
The VIPPERs used "安価 (anka)" to make her profile. It is the biggest reason for strange settings of 2ch characters.
