Character from Umamusume.
The local large breasted klutz. She has purple eyes and medium two-tone brown and light pink hair (although it's often depicted as white) with double-parted bangs reaching between her eyes and an ahoge. She wears an ear ribbon on her right ear, she's often depicted with @_@ eyes.
Her self-deprecation attitude matches Rice Shower's (the big difference is that Doto has a lot of friends despite always losing while Rice, due to her reputation, has only a few loyal friends). Also she is a fan of T.M. Opera O, whom she idolizes.
